I was waiting to be helped at Honda of Seattle when a service tech named Jaime took my case. Not only did he fix the issue with my car in just a few short minutes, but he was super nice about it and made sure that there was no cost involved. "We take care of our customers," he said. What great service.

Meredith owns a shop that I wandered into when I was in an unfamiliar area. The hour was late, traffic was terrible, and I wasn't sure I could get home before the wee hours. Without pause, Meredith started calling local hotels to find a room for me. I suddenly felt safe and looked after—and so blessed.
